This morning, Mweshimiwa Gideon Kimaiyo engaged the people of Flax Location in Chepkorio ward.
The purpose of the meeting was to resolve the problem of FLAX – KIPKABUS road whose allocated money had been diverted to Uasin Gishu by rogue KeRRA ENGINEERS.
The meeting was attended by KeRRA engineers who faced the wrath of wanainchi as they tried to explain how the funds were taken to Uasin Gishu.
It was finally resolved that the road starts next week on Wednesday and it will cover the entire section of Flax – Kipkabus road, grading, murraming & compaction and the murram will be sourced from Sergoit.
Mheshimiwa asked wanainchi to be vigilant so that the resources brought to the constituency is not misused by rogue contractors aided by KERRA engineers.
